Learnr is an AI-powered personalized learning platform. We provide interactive learning paths, progress tracking, and achievement systems to help you learn new skills effectively.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Learnr is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Learnr for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Learnr - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software - are the exclusive property of Learnr and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. AI-Generated Content

Learnr uses AI to generate personalized learning content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. You should verify important information independently. Learnr is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Learnr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learnr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Learnr after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
